On February 23, 2017, a team led by lawyer Chen Yang, Senior Partner of JT&N, won the case in which the United States levies antidumping and countervailing duties against Chinese truck and bus tire industry. As a result, the United States will not impose antidumping and countervailing duties against Chinese truck and bus tires, which is extremely good news for Chinese tire enterprises exporting billions of US dollars of tires to the United States every year.
In the recent U.S. 337 Investigation into China's steel products, in response to the anti-monopoly charges in the case, lawyer Chen Yang, as the lead lawyer representing China's steel industry, actively defended on behalf of several large steel enterprises, persuaded the American administrative judge to dismiss the plaintiff's claim, and more than 40 Chinese steel enterprises won another lawsuit in the 337 Investigation.
