On the evening of March 25, the feature program "Take Precautions: Global Trade War and China’s Countermeasures" was broadcast on Phoenix Chinese Channel by a documentary series program "The Trump Card". In this documentary, lawyer Chen YANG told the story of JT&N representing China’s tire industry to participate in the 1-year anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and damage investigation initiated by the US during the Spring Festival of 2016 into truck & passenger car tires imported from China.
On February 22, 2017 US time, the US International Trade Commission concluded by voting that truck & passenger car tires imported from China to the US did not cause material damage or threat to the domestic industry of the US. In the future, the US government will not impose any anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duty on truck & passenger car tires imported from China, meaning a complete victory of China's tire industry in the investigation.
