Recently, through the relevant selection procedures, Beijing Public Housing Center (hereinafter "BPHC") signed a framework legal service agreement with JT&N, engaging JT&N to provide legal services for BPHC during 2017-2019. Jianjin YANG, Senior Partner of JT&N, and Yonggao WU, legal advisor for land and mineral resources are responsible for the project.
As a state-owned enterprise wholly owned by Beijing Municipal Government, BPHC was established in 2011 with a registered capital of RMB36 billion. Its business scope covers a variety of fields including land reserve, investment and financing, acquisition, leasing and construction in connection with government-guaranteed housing. At present, it has grown into the largest group enterprise engaging in investment and financing, construction, acquisition, operation and management in respect of government-guaranteed housing in Beijing or even in China.
