JT&N advised China Copper in its issuance of RMB4 billion Super Short-term Commercial Paper and Mid-term Notes

Recently, China Copper Limited (“China Copper”) successfully issued the first and second tranches of 2019 Super Short-term Commercial Paper (“SSCP”) and the first tranche of 2019 Mid-term Notes (the “Issuance”).  JT&N provided comprehensive legal services to China Copper for the Issuance as exclusive legal counsel. 


The registration amount of SSCP is RMB8 billion while that of Mid-term Notes is RMB2 billion. The amount of the first and second tranches of SSCP is RMB3 billion. The amount of the first tranche of Mid-term Notes is RMB1 billion. The proceeds from the Issuance will be used to repay loans borrowed by China Copper and its subsidiaries from financial institutions and leasing companies.
Senior partners of JT&N leading this project include Ketong Shi and Guohua (Annie) Wu. Other team members include Junpu Jia, Sitong Li, and Yingnan Li.
