On June 1, the Forum on “Chinese Lawyers On The International Stage” opened in the China World Hotel, Beijing. During the forum, Li Sen, a partner at JT&N delivered a speech entitled “Protecting rights and reducing risks: the strategy of protecting overseas property rights for Chinese enterprises.”
The forum was attended by a number of leaders including Zhao Dacheng, vice minister of MOJ, Du Chun, Director-General of the Department of Directing Lawyers [thse two words are strange in English, but I don’t know the proper translation, sorry] and Notarization, Wang Junfeng, vice president of ACLA, Yu Hongyuan, Director of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice, Yan Xiaoyan, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce, and Zhang Xuebing, president of the Beijing Lawyers Association. The opening ceremony was chaired by Li Gongtian from Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice. Mr. Zhao delivered the keynote speech at the ceremony. Approximately 200 participants, including entrepreneurs, lawyers and representatives from foreign law firms inBeijing, were invited to take part in the thematic sessions.
