Zheng Xiaodong specialises in mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, and initial public offerings. His clients include securities companies, banks, futures companies and fund management companies in relation to their restructurings, M&A and listings. He also advises foreign companies and large state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in the manufacture, energy, mining, food and pharmaceutical, financial services and transport industries sectors.

Mr. Zheng practiced in the Beijing office of Norton Rose LLP before he joined JT&N as a partner in 2009.
