Ms. Zuo is experienced in foreign investment (including private placement and risk investment), real estate, infrastructure construction and international trade relief cases and is adept in legal investment and transaction planning for clients.
Ms. Zuo was involved in a lot of domestic and foreign investment projects and provided legal services for such major companies as Sinopec, China Ocean Aviation, Hong Kong Fuwah Group, Shanghai Industrial Investment (Holdings) Group, Sinotrans and Vantone based on his mastery of corporate law and laws on foreign investment.
As a legal expert in domestic and overseas risk investment and private equity investment, Ms. Zuo was invited to take part in IDG’s risk investment projects, NASDAQ-listed Pantheon’s M&A programs and Anbang Insurance’s equity investment project.
Ms. Zuo was also involved in the bidding process of China’s first BOT Trial Project in Guangxi Laibing Power Plant B and Changsha Power Plant and multiple water projects of Hong Kong Cathay Pacific Group backed by his mastery of legal modes and legal issues concerning infrastructure projects.
Ms. Zuo is also an expert in real estate related laws and was the legal counsel for such real estate projects as Changan Building, Wanfu Building, Huali Building, Jinbao Building, Regent Hotel and Liting Hotel.
His mastery of WTO-related laws and international trade relief laws helped POSCO, SK, LG, Sumsung and Taiwan Ton Yi win anti-dumping cases.
Ms. Zuo was also involved in a lot of major commercial cases covering real estate, technology development, foreign investment and labor disputes, etc.
