The Practice is widely recognized for its strong expertise, solid academic and theoretical grounding and an outstanding ability to handle a wide variety of complex matters. In addition to other issues, the JT&N team routinely advises individuals and commercial enterprises in connection with litigation and arbitration cases in the areas of international and domestic trade, M&A and investment, corporate equity, banking, insurance, securities, trust and leasing, real estate development and construction projects, energy and mineral resources, and storage and transportation. We have often represented domestic and foreign clients in arbitration proceedings before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and other major international arbitration institutions, including the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the International Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration (ICC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

JT&N lawyers frequently act as arbitrators for the CIETAC, the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) and other regional and local Chinese arbitral organizations, and routinely participate in a variety of academic exchange activities.
