The firm applies a multidisciplinary approach to supporting its asset management clients in China. Our lawyers work together to advise clients on the full range of legal issues relevant to their China transactions, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, QFII qualification, QDII investments, PRC banking and securities regulations and tax. Our US-trained lawyers are particularly active in assisting US asset management clients to efficiently structure direct investments and other forms of participation in PRC investment opportunities so as to meet both US and PRC legal and regulatory requirements.
