JT&N is pleased to announce that it provided legal support for the charity concert Cloud from Hometown, which was held on April 27, 2015 by the WRSA 2005 Committee in the Beijing Poly Theatre. JT&N was also the exclusive sponsor of the cocktail party after the concert.

All income of this concert will be donated to the Sunshine Youth Art Troupe and Green Fine Care Foundation.
Guohua (Annie) Wu is a finalist for the PRC Deal Maker of the Year Award by Asian Legal Business in 2013 and 2015. She has also been named as an Asialaw Leading Lawyer (in Corporate & M&A) by Asialaw Leading Lawyers since 2014. Annie is a loyal Cornellian, and served as president of the Cornell Law School Alumni Board from 2010-2012.
