From June 2 to 4, 2023, the activity of Co-construction and Visit to JT&N (Chengdu) by JT&N Dispute Resolution Group I, Intellectual Property Group, and Private Equity Group was held in JT&N (Chengdu). Zhengzhong PANG, founding partner of JT&N, Hongmin ZHOU, director of JT&N (Chengdu), Xiaoqing CHU, head of Dispute Resolution Group I, Junwu ZHOU, head of Intellectual Property Group, Lingyan PENG, head of Private Equity Group, and nearly 50 senior partners from the Beijing head office and branches in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Xi’an, Shenyang, and Jinan attended the event.
In the opening speech, attorney Zhengzhong PANG talked about the need to expand business cooperation in terms of width, depth, and height to pursue further progress. The business groups should be interlinked and open up the whole chain, all-round, and life-cycle of the business chain in order to provide comprehensive services to clients and develop the blue ocean business. Finally, attorney PANG highly praised the value and significance of this event and hoped to achieve better business results through in-depth communication.
In this event, senior partners from all over China came into JT&N (Chengdu) to gain an in-depth understanding of JT&N’s strategic layout and business advantages in the southwest region. Dispute Resolution Group I, Intellectual Property Group, and Private Equity Group held intra-group discussions to further discuss the development direction, annual goals, and business resource integration of the business groups for this year. In addition, each practice group also jointly conducted a cross-group exchange seminar to extensively exchange ideas on topics such as business expansion, client resource development, and cross-cooperation of practice groups, allowing partners from different fields to exchange ideas and conduct cooperation in order to achieve the business opening and exchange linkage.
In order to strengthen professionalism, promote cooperation, and teamwork and deepen client services, JT&N has continuously reformed the structure of business groups in recent years and realized vertical management of business groups. Since 2023, JT&N has conducted several practice group exchange seminars. Cross-regional and cross-practice group exchanges and cooperation are not only conducive to resource integration and specialization, but also bring more business opportunities to the firm.
