Asian Legal Business (ALB) announced its 2017 list of “Client Choice Top 20” award winners for China, and Ms. Guohua (Annie) Wu, a senior partner of Jincheng Tongda & Neal (JT&N), is among this year’s recipients of this prestigious award.
On August 21, 2017, ALB, a leading legal industry publication owned by Thomson Reuters, announced its 2017 list of “Client Choice Top 20” award winners for China, and Ms. Guohua (Annie) Wu, a senior partner of Jincheng Tongda & Neal (JT&N), is among this year’s recipients of this prestigious award, for her highly praised legal services and widespread recognition. Winners of the Client Choice Top 20 Award were selected from hundreds of nominations recommended by in-house legal counsels, managers or executives at non-legal enterprises and business consultants through surveys.
A recognized authority on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, Ms. Wu’s clients include some of the largest funds, multinational companies and industrial companies in China and in the world. Ms. Wu works directly with the client’s leadership on a regular basis, providing critical insights and advice, enabling her clients to obtain substantially improved commercial terms and legal protections.
