Today, Asian Legal Business (ALB) published its annual listing of China’s top M&A Lawyers, again recognizing JT&N Senior Partner Ms. Guohua (Annie) WU, as among the very best in China. 

Ms. Wu is a senior partner at JT&N, who is widely recognized, both as an authority on cross-border M&A, and for the extraordinary breadth of experience and commercial acumen which define her practice. Licensed to practice law in China and the states of New York and Illinois, and a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar, Ms. Wu’s clients include some of the largest funds and industrial companies in China and the world. Ms. Wu works directly with the client’s leadership on a regular basis, providing critical insights and advice, enabling her clients to obtain substantially improved commercial terms and legal protections.

An award-winning attorney, Ms. Wu was selected as one of the “One Thousand Foreign-Related Lawyer Talent Pool” by the Ministry of Justice in 2018, and awarded “Top 10 Lawyer” in the first “Belt and Road” Award by the Legal Daily.
