Recently, JT&N was invited by Global Arbitration Review ("GAR") to write GAR Know How Litigation-China. A number of lawyers from JT&N, including Zuo Tianyu, Li Lan, Lin Mujuan, Yang Chen and Peng Jun, participated in the writing of the article, which has now been published on the official website of GAR. (For more information, please visit the GAR website).

The Q&As focus on 52 important legal issues, including Jurisdiction, Procedure, Pre-trial settlement and ADR, Interim relief and Decisions in Chinese civil litigation, which are closely related to the practice of civil litigation in China. The lawyers gave detailed, professional and accurate answers to all the questions one by one according to the current legal provisions, judicial interpretations and mainstream views of judicial practice in mainland China, with a view to providing guidelines and references for enterprises and lawyers outside of China to quickly familiarize and understand China's civil litigation legal practice.
