JT&N has recently been engaged as Contributing Editor for the China chapter of ‘Getting the Deal Through – Insurance & Reinsurance 2016.' ‘Getting the Deal Through’ is an internationally recognized series of multi-jurisdictional overviews of the laws and regulations in different topics of law written by some of the most prominent practitioners in their fields. The new edition will provide information and analysis on key areas of insurance and reinsurance law and will be intended as a guide for corporate counsel, cross-border practitioners and business people around the world.
The JT&N team will be led by Ms. Lan, a Senior Partner of JT&N who is a recognized authority on China insurance law. Ms. Lan has led JT&N’s highly-ranked insurance and financial M&A practices for more than a decade, and is perennially ranked as a leading lawyer by Chambers & Partners and other widely recognized rating institutions.
