On March 30, 2018, the third session of the Council of the Labor Law Society of Beijing Labor Law and Social Security Law Society was successfully held. Feng Liang, Senior Partner of JT&N and Director of the Labor Law and Social Security Law Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association, was elected Vice President of the new Labor Law Society.
At this meeting, Hengshun Zhang, Vice President and Secretary-General of Beijing Labor Law and Social Security Law Society, read out the Approval for the Replacement of the Labor Law Society of Beijing Labor Law and Social Security Law Society: According to the approval by Beijing Labor Law and Social Security Law Society, we agree that Junlu Jiang serves as President of the third branch society, Feng Liang, Zejian Zhao, Jianfeng Shen and Xi Jin as Vice President of the Labor Law Society, Zejian Zhao concurrently as Secretary-General of the Labor Law Society, 10 comrades as executive council members of the third Labor Law Society, and 20 comrades including Fugui Fang as council members of the Third Labor Law Society.
Later, Feng Liang, Vice President of the Labor Law Society, read out the list of members and executive members of the third session of the Council.
Changbao Li, President of the first and second sessions of the Labor Law Society, Hengshun Zhang, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Beijing Labor Law and Social Security Law Society, and Junlu Jiang, President of the third session of the Labor Law Society, delivered speeches successively.
On behalf of the third session of the Council, President Junlu Jiang first expressed his gratitude to the members present, especially to Beijing Higher People's Court, the Beijing First, Second and Third Intermediate Courts, Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, District Human Resources and Social Security Bureaus as well as the old comrades who had worked hard for the first and second sessions of the Council, and sincere welcome and gratitude to the members and executive members of the Council for their devoted efforts to the work of the Labor Law Society.
In his speech, President Junlu Jiang looked forward to the prospects of laws adjusting labor relations. In light of the people-oriented ideological core of the new era in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress, we look forward to the future development and the promotion of labor relations policies by leaders at all levels. The Labor Law Society will rely on the Society, join hands with judicial practitioners and legal theoretical researchers, and pay close attention to the changes in policies, especially the interpretation of the new ideas of Secretary-General Xi which will affect the direction of the whole policy and requires all members of the Society to study and discuss outside our business hours.
In order to strengthen the expert team construction of the Labor Law Society, improve the professionalism of research on labor laws and regulations, and promote the implementation of labor laws and regulations, the Third Council of the Labor Law Society established an Expert Committee and employed Hengshun Zhang, Yingping Wu, Jun Du, Huixin Luo, Chaoyang Zhang, Xiaolian Jin, Dahui Gao, Changli Xue and Fang Tang as experts of the Committee. Zejian Zhao, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Labor Law Society, read out the Decision on Establishing the Expert Committee of the Labor Law Society. Junlu Jiang, President of the third session of the Labor Law Society, presented the engagement certificates to the experts.
The meeting also studied and discussed the 2018 Working Ideas and Plans of the Third Council, and listened to the opinions and suggestions of the attendees.
